Veritas Wine and Bistro offers a variety of catering services including catering at the restaurant and catering at offsite locations. We even offer "Catering to Go," a unique service where we prepare and cook thefood and all you have to do is pick it up.
When catering an event at our restaurant, you can make use of our private room, or rent out the entire restaurant for the evening. We cater all types of events, such as weddings, corporate luncheons, and private dinners.
Chef Tai Lee offers a diverse set of menu options when catering an event with Veritas. Past menus include mini crab cakes, grilled chicken and pasta in a marina sauce, bacon-wrapped shrimp, grilled steak skewers, and lightly-seared ahi tuna. Chef Lee will work with you to meet your individual preferences.
